Richard SUMER is serving his second federal sentence; a term of 5 years and 5 months for Possession of a Restricted Firearm, Unauthorized Possession or Prohibited Weapon, Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking, Assault Possession of Proceeds Obtained by Crime and Possession of Weapon Contrary to Order.

SUMNER began Statutory Release on September 21 2023 and on October 24 2023 a Canada wide warrant was issued after it was discovered he had breached conditions of his release.
